You may or may not take the MOH if you have passed the DOH test. It actually depends on you and the hospital you are aiming for.

and as per getting a job first or taking the test, I believe, hospitals here in the UAE cannot hire you if and when you do not have your license yet. If they do, they are only taking risks on you. The Health authorities here are very strict now - well, it only started early this year though. But they are strict on unlicensed nurses working nurses' jobs. Only last night, the hospital where i am working with got an impromptu visit from the Health Authority of AbuDhabi (HAAD) and has interviewed some of the Philippine licensed nurses who cannot get a license here yet is working in clinics.

Today, our nursing director is calling for an emergency meeting again.
