hello! ....would like to ask if cgfns is required to work in florida? and would nclex and ielts only allow us to apply their as nurses? does clinical experience really needed? or doesn't matter? thanks for your time...God bless

I searched the CGFNS website for you. Florida does not require the CGFNS exams. But NCLEX is required to work in all U.S. States, coz this is a licensure exam. Check the Florida BON website because each State has a different requirement.
