Guys, can you recommend a good agency here in manila? Im planning to work abroad but really dont know what to do as my fist step. Got Local license and will be taking my NCLEX by may.. Hope you can help, thanks!

Until you have actually passed the NCLEX-RN exam, would not even look at an agency.

Another thing that you need to be very aware of is that it is about a five year wait at this time for a chance at a green card; meaning that even if you find an agency, if they are not in business in a few years, your petition will be cancelled, as well as if the facility that they were planning to place you with, is no longer able to honor the contract, your visa petition will also be cancelled.
