1. You can easily do a Google search on any agency. You can get much information that way.
2. Really does not matter if anyone has gotten to the US, things are much different now than they were even a year ago.
3. Realistically, you are looking at more than a 7 year wait for a chance at a green card. Agencies do not issue them, it is only done by the US government.
4. If an agency is not in business then or has a facility contract to place you, then everything gets cancelled out by the US government. It is not transferred over to another employer.
5. Be very careful as to what is in the cancellation clause of any contract. Can be upwards of $40,000 US. Much can change in seven years time.

And this is for any agency, nothing to do specifically with this one.
