i called them this morning for the requirements. i just dunno if he lady i talked to was busy at hat time or she's just lazy to dictate to me all the requirements. she just keep on saying that the list is long because it has 19 requirements and it may take long time to finish.


i just wonder what will happen if i said that it's just ok if it'll take you an hour or two just to dictate me the requirements(though i doubt if she'll consume such time just for dictating it), as long as i can have it at this moment, it's not you who's going to pay for my long distance call anyway(i'm from cavite).haha.

Its not important to complete those 19 requirements. Im sorry i dont have the list, i think i misplaced it but then i'll write down what i can remember when i pass my requirements last year. All must be photocopied.

1. Diploma
2. TOR
3. RLE Summary
4. Reccommendation Letter
5. Good Moral Character
6. PRC License Card

Its not important to pass all the 19 requirements. I even don't have a voters affidavit and police clearance. Im sorry to say i don't have the list because i misplaced it. But i can tell you the documents i passed last year as far as i can remember. All must be photocopied.

I would also like to add the resume of course and if you have the sss number and tin card..i think that accounts for 20 requirements already, hehe..
