hi guys. just want some help and advice.
im currently looking for job, training or volunteer work. but as of these moment i can't seem to apply for anything. everyone ask me if i already have my license in my hand... but i don't so i am almost always advice to wait for my license and reapply. but it's approx 5 mos til my license be given to me, and knowing the postal system here in the philippines it could be longer. so i would like to ask anyone if the know any hospital or institution training for iv/dialysis/er nurses without licenses yet. and how much and how long will the training be. and if you know any hospital accepting new grad nurses thats waiting for license, i will be grateful if you could share that information
and one last thing, i remember my college prof saying that he gained his RM by just completing cases without going back into classroom. anyone know how this could be done? as i have inquired to the hospital he mentioned and they're not offering it anymore.

Regarding the RM, I remember our reviewer told us that she had her RM in DR. She used to be a OB nurse and she just asked for a form in PRC then completed it. Passed it and there she got her RM license.

Same as what others told you, wait for your license. There's a long line in hospital application. And having no license as part of the requirements will not be honored. The'll prefer those who already have completed their documents.

There are alot of IV trainings. Try to research on the ANSAP website. Hope this helps...
