Re: Say NO to LPN Progams in Philippines
Indah, you need to make sure you are going to a reputable nursing school in the Philippines. Go to PRC and they can give you a breakdown of the number of students passing local board from each school, this is a good indicator. Next, talk to the nurses who have graduated those schools and make a really informed decision. You will need evidence of your certification from Indonesia as well.
Lastly, make sure that the school is accredited in Indonesia or whatever country you intend on working.
If you intend to practice medicine in Philippines it will be very difficult, if you intend on working in Indonesia you will have to return and take the local board exam there. If you intend on migrating to the USA then you'll have to get your local board from Indonesia before applying for licensure and taking NCLEX for the USA.
