Question: Fingerprint requirement for License

I'm applying to CA license as endorsement. Does anyone know where you can get a fingerprint filled outside of the U.S.? Does U.S. Embassy do it?

You need to email the cali. board of nursing & ask them to send to you the finger print card. Just give your exact address and they will send it.

Thanks for the response. Yes, they will send the form by mail. But I am wondering where I can fill the form. When I got the initial license in Texas, I went to the police office, and they got my fingerprints stamped in the form. I never heard any places to get the official fingerprint stamped outside of the United States. I know the Embassy do it for the immigration visa, but I'm sure if they do it for something else-like for license.........
