have the same question myself. the local PNA chapter told me that i have to get it from the office where i submitted my application for NLE. maybe because our PERRC's are on file there.

but when my brother took and passed his Elec. Eng board exams, he took it in manila, but applied for his license in iloilo.

a reason they told me is that nurses are more numerous, so it would not be easy to cross-check, transfer, etc. our records.

oh well, ill certainly ask the BON chairman about that after the oath-taking ceremenonies

Basically the same procedure with me. The only thing mine is the other way around. I took the exams in manila and applied for licensure here in cebu. My processing went smoothly. No further questions were ask. No more clarifications involved. I think they are online with any PRC branches. This was my experience last 2005. I'm just not sure if it still possible nowadays knowing there are thousands and thousands that are applying. Godbless.

it will be best if you register to where your files are in. this is to facilate the prc to validate your files easily and to avoid any conflicts that may arise later on.
