I signed with the agency February this year. I emailed their main office in the US and told me that they will submit my papers to USCIS this week.

Now I'm Worried!

If you have CGFNS/NCLEX + IELTS with Visa screen and an employer, I guess there is no reason for any delay.
Did you try to contact them? pleaase tell me what they are saying! I am planning to contact them this week to ask about my papers. I too already have CGFNS and IELTS.

Just a word of caution to both of you: The only thing that USCIS is accepting right now is the I-140, it will not get anything accomplished for you in the scheme of things. Nothing further is being accepted if you did not start the process before the retrogression began.

I would not be in such a hurry to sign up when you have no idea as to when anything will end. And if the first poster signed up well before the retrogression started and they have not had anything submitted, that should be a red flag staring at you.

Not one thing will be done past the I-140. Everything is essentially on hold. We have seen agencies pushing to get someone signed up and locked into a contract.

But anytime anyone has signed up last summer and nothing has ever been filed, then it is not going to get filed..............most agencies were in a hurry to get things done. There is no reason at all that the petition was never submitted. And if they have not given you a reason why, suggest that you look for another agency. Does not sound like they are interested in you. Example: here is someone that just signed with them, and there documents have been filed.

There are no problems w/ I-140's. I have never said anything about I-140s.
That is going to be processed no matter what. Retrogression or not. After I-140, that's where retrogression officially steps in.

There should be no problems when it comes to I-140s but if there should be that would be not the fault of the nurse.

I also do not know the agency mentioned.
