hi! i was a volunteer nurse there last november til january. we were placed in 4 different areas in a span of 2 weeks for every area. no fee was collected and after the volunteer program, they issued a certificate and we took their qualifying exam for the application as a staff nurse.interviewed after passing the exam.and now waiting to be hired. all in all, the experience was nice and was a learning experience.

i just went there with my credentials, the usual stuff, went directly to the training office and pass the requirements. Letter of intent, diploma, transcript, rle breakdown, i'm not sure if the board rating and board certificate are also needed but i still bring it with me. i think they're continously accepting volunteer because it's only for two months.
As for the uniform, we wore our school uniform.White pants, white blouse, white shoes and you will use your license as your ID so bring it with you also. you will have your orientation on the first day anyway, so all the details will be discussed there.

it's 6 to 2 for AM and 2 to 10 for PM. they will be the one to give you your shift for the whole 2 months which is if you start as AM shift, you'll be for it the entire program. But i think if you have a valid reason in case you want to change shift, they will accomodate you
