is august batch still open?and what are the requirements?thanks for the informations...i'm currently completing my IV cases, done ECG training in heart center and would like to apply there in ospital ng maynila..is it true that after the training in 2months you will be hired?thanks...

i passed my application last may 26, and it took me about 2 weeks of continuous follow-up before they told me that my application was approved.. does that mean that i'll be joining the august batch?

you will not be hired automatically. you still need to pass their evaluation, exam and interview. but according to them, those who have undergone the volunteer program will be prioritized IF they will be hiring

where should i passed the requirements? in OM or city hAll? Someone told me that that she passed the requirements at the city hall. Is that true? thnks.

do they require you to be a resident of Manila?? just checking.. thnx.. i have a relative who works there.. but i don't think she'll be able to help me.. so i have to do it on my own..

How was the exam after your training? was it hard.. can you give us details about it? some of the topics included.. hope you can still remember.. coz i really want to ace that exam so i can increase my chances of getting hired..

btw, are you currently employed in OM now? and how long did you have to wait for them to call you?

i passed my application last july 6. Then today, july 20, i called them up and i was informed that my papers have been approved. But no schedule yet. Do you think i'd be part of the august batch? And also, my BLS training has already expired last February, do you think I should update it now?

i went there earlier this day,and a new name of hospital director was posted..but i forgot to copy it.anyone here knows the new name of hospital director?


and one thing more...when i went there,a guy who came first asking for a schedule of his volunteer who was last year's batch..i heard that it was dec 2008 when he pass his requirements and he was scheduled to have duty this dec 2009..why is it that some made only weeks to have their volunteer sched after passsing the credentials to them??

Whoa! the Lady there in the training office said that to me too that if I'm going to start their as a volunteer I would be scheduled by next year. I've passed my requirements only this past July 31. Maybe those applicants that start immediately after 1 week or a month had a backer
