NURSE who passed at POEA NO EXPERIENCE

I want to inquire if there's a nurse here, with no experience who submitted the requirements at POEA this year 2009.
Is there any progress yet?? Please tell me some infos about the process.

I just want to know if they are still processing those applicants with ZERO experience.
I submitted the requirements and as of now I dont have any update yet..
