Anything that is required by the students there is required of you. Only the fact that you cannot write the NLE, but anything else, and you need to have the training in it. And do not do it for the reason that it is needed for the NLE, but so that you can become a decent nurse.
You are going to have it harder as it is, since you will be considered a foreign nurse and have to meet all of those requirements for licensure. The only thing that is different for you is the immigration, but licensure has nothing to do with that.
