hi! i've been that situation when i started my nursing career so i know the feeling..all i can suggest to u is be confident enough and if ever you not are really sure , dont be afraid to ask the senior nurses..

Agree on the above post. Then go to work earlier and read the charts.... know you patient! Always greet them with a smile!
