Do not need a review center to study NCLEX can be done by himself and also we have a good NCLEX forum where there is much help. Also many post there from the Philippines who passed and did it themselves

You are aware of retrogression and that looking at over 5 years before moving to the US with a valid work permit and that is no longer a guarantee due to the high demand. He would be better gaining nursing experience whilst waiting so would be beneficial taking and passing local boards.
