Hi I took my NCLEX in the Philippines last June 24. Until now I did not yet receive the mail from Cali-BON. I email them but they have no reply. I am so tired of waiting for the results, almost pass a month. please help me what will i do? thanks

Can take anything from 4-6 weeks to get results. Sometimes better to ring them than rely on email

Call CABON and ask them for the results. Philippine addresses are often confusing for Americans (speaking from personal experience) and the Philippine Postal service isn't exactly the best at making sure every letter is delivered. It is highly probable that your result was lost since BON uses standard mail to send out results.

Ask when the letter was sent out and give it 4-6 weeks from that date before panic time.

wow... thats a long waiting time for u.. i suggest you call BON of the matter and also call your postal service if they receive any.. i suppose it got lost somewhere... you should have called them a month after without receiving the result yet.

didn't you try the trick right after you took the nclex? or maybe checking your unofficial results 2 days after you took it?

i'd say it's best to call the BON you applied to and ask them, or maybe try to check their website (BON) because there are some states which has the LICENSE VERIFICATION page..you can type your name in and then you name pops up if you have been issued or a pending license is available.

Yes I tried the pearson vue trick and here's what it says
" Our record indicate that you have scheduled this exam. please contact your member board for further assistant. Another registration cannot be made at this time" On my account registration page it says my delivery was successful as well.
I hope this trick works for me.
By the way,I kept on calling CALI-BON number but nobody is answering the phone. I am really worried on where is my mail results.I had also sent a fax to them this afternoon.

Obviously your results are locked into the system. I hope the trick works for you too. I would email them again if you can't get someone directly over the phone. Keep trying, but as stated it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks, and now that the work days per week are shorter for California, it might take even longer. Good Luck

i feel you. i took mine on the 10th. have SSN but i still don't see my name on the BON website my unofficial results says i passed though.

the wait is TORTURE.

hi everyone, i'm new to this site and i'm not sure if i should post it here or at the California Nurses...Anyway, im a filipina a licensed nurse in the Philippines and just got here in Corona, Ca last July 31 and going to get married soon in Sept. I still haven't applied for NCLEX and wanted to apply soon...I'm not sure what to do first...anyone could help me how to start my application? Thanks in advance...take care. -Ciel

I would suggest waiting until you are married and then submit your application. All forms can be found on the BRN website (link can be found at the bottom of the page) you need to meet foreign nurse requirement and arrange for your school to send transcripts to the BRN.

Suggest a good read in the International forum as there are many threads already discussing Ca. Plus any further questions regarding Ca should be posted in that forum
