medical term pls??

is there a medical term for allergy in ETT?or is there such?tnx

ETT is endo-tracheal tube, what is inserted prior to placing a patient on a breathing machine or assisting their breathing.

If one has allergies, they are usually going to affect the respiratory system, if they are systemic and one has allergies to pollens and dust, etc.

Can you be more specific as to what you are looking for?

maybe its allergy to what the ETT is made of-- i googled it and ett's are made of pvcs, and or silicon..i dont know if people get allergic from those.. just a thought
