medical exams for immigrant petition

by care25

Hi guys!
I would just like to ask regarding the medical exams for immigrant petition for US. My friend is a nurse and is now in Packet 3. She was petitioned by her employer in NY. We have found out recently that she is reactive to Hepa C. She is so worried about this because she was thinking now that maybe this will be the ultimate reason for her visa denial during the final interview in the US embassy. Any advice? And in addition to that, do you have any idea what are the specific medical/laboratory exams performed in St Luke's Hospital in Manila for immigrant petitions in US?

I am hoping for your immediate response regarding this inquiry. Thanx.

She shouldn't have any problems with her medical but can't offer 100% guarentee, there have been a couple of threads in the general nursing forum in the last couple of days on Hep B which may have some info which may help your friend.

There are a couple of threads on here regarding peoples experiences with medicals, try doing a search for them using the search facility.
