Correct me if i am wrong but I think the term is Masters and NOT masteral.

Masteral rhymes with pandesal.

Hi! I'm not sure where you're from...but if you consider to stay in Visayas, I recommend my school. Yep, no clinical experience required.
My school has one of the best Masters in Nursing program...
It's a beautiful 24-hectare campus, with good reputation in nursing and engineering programs, plus it's ISO certified. You can google it if you want more information: Central Philippine University, Iloilo City.

The programs are called Master's in every other country. For some reason they are called Masterals in the Philippines, but that does not make sense to me at least in English. Suspect that this is what someone started to call it years ago and it stuck, but it was not correct at least in English language.

Our clinical instructor advised us to take at least have a hospital experience of at least 1 to 2 years before enrolling in a graduate school. The rationale is that it would be hard to relate with your classmates during discussions when you don't have experience. and take Master of Science in Nursing it it Internationally recognized than Master of Arts in Nursing which is commonly offered in universities here in the Philippines.

I am just curious, what is the difference between master of arts in nursing and master of science in nursing? I've heard that MSN is credited in other countries unlike MAN. What benefits will I get from these two degrees? Can some explain it further? Thank you very much.

I heard MAN, ( Master's of Arts in Nursing) requires you to finish a thesis than MSN.....

I'm considering to start my Master's this coming semester. I'm concern about tranfering to another University by the time I'll move for a job,
would the rules be the same llike transfering undergraduates??? will my earn units be credited to other Schools easily?.. or would it be hard for them to credit it ???
