I don't think its right to blame the senior nurses for not having enough jobs for new nurses. They have their mind of their own to choose whatever they wanted in life. If they chose to stay in the hospital for 25 years or so, so what? Why blaming them that you cannot get a job because of them? As long as their employer wants them and they are not a burden of the hospital and not retiring, why not? No one has the right to dictate people what to do.

Its very interesting idea from Hoss...PNA the highest legislating body of The nursing profession...must act on it now...after all its for the betterment of the nursing profession. Be vigilant on whats truly the real happening....shape NURSING PROFESSION In the PHILIPPINES to be truly valued not being devalued...my fellow nurses be assertive in realizing this CHANGE....

I like the idea of enhancing PHC in the Philippines since we have an abundance of student nurses in our country right now. Community Health Nursing could contribute to a better public right now, plus both students and the people from rural areas benefit from it greatly.
