License validation at PRC + CGFNS - CES

Does anyone know how much it costs? Also, I'm using the CGFNS - CES service and I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced using it? Do my high school, Nursing school, and the PRC all have to send my credentials to CGFNS, or can I just do it myself? Because I'm worrying that my documents will be handled by different people, and they might get lost in the mail, be forgotten, or something. Thanks!
