Hello to everyone... I failed the retake of test 3 and 5 But I passed my nclex just a week after knowing the result of the retake. I am planning to retake the whole NLE test 1-5 this december 2007. Can anyone please help with the format of the waiver for the license? Thanks!

you could go to prc, they have a format there.

Hey Dudzy, Do you happen to know when is the deadline of the retakers for the December 07 NLE? Btw, congrats for passing the NCLEX I haven't found out about mine yet. I took it last week. Congrats again!

Thanks! I don't know when exactly is the deadline but i'll file this week... SO i can set my mind that I will definitely be retaking the whole exam this december07...

I have a copy of the affidavit of waiver. For those who need it, PM me.

To diana, I believe you have the same schedule as the regular retakers to register for the Dec 2007 NLE, that is, Sept 17-28. The same thing was held true when I retook the entire exam last June 2007 NLE.

Hey my friend told me that she read in the newspaper that the start for filing of the retakers will be on the 17th until the 28th of September!
