Hi any comments on this agency..
My friends recommend me to this agency.
And they said they are releasing H1B visa - working visa.
Processing time is only months...
I don't know if this is true.
Help please..

Or How can I apply for a direct hire?
I don't have a VISA yet.

What can I do to my SSN? or California nursing requirement.
I just passed my NCLEX exam
and I've given 3 years to submit an SSN
Help please...

Sorry, but they do not issue the H1-B visa, it is done by the US government and that type of visa is actually being investigated right now by the US government as it was designed to be used by specialists only. And that is not what is happening. Only the US federal government issues visas, never any agency.

You also need to pass the English exams and have a Visa Screen Certificate in hand to be able to apply for this visa. The other factor is that the only time that is open to submit the application is in April of each year for a start date in October of that year. So you are looking at October, 2009 and it is also done by a lottery system, chances of getting one if you meet the requirements are slim at best.

Please take some time to do some reading on the International Forum, we are under a retrogression and you are looking at five years plus for a chance at a visa. And do you actually have any work experience in your country?
