well, my instructor wants five "administrative cases of nurses based on PRC records". I dunno what that means though...

She also wants 5 cases of Nurses' negligence.. i know some but i need the whole details...

anyone knows where to find this stuff...

P.S. What's the Somera case? what happened?

I think the Somera case is the one in the OR wherein the scrub nurse gave a wrong medication because the med. has the same sound as the other. The doctor got and other medical team was declared not guily, only the nurse. I think that was the story all about.... The book of Phil. Nursing ACt has that story. There are also lots of negligence and other issues in that book.
