I recommend niner reveiw center, the place is not that big but it really helped out a lot of students to get the required scores. Most importantly, the speaking session they have is the essential part of the review it self because a lot of students fail in speaking exam. In the class they will give pointers and outline of the flow on how you compose the things you will say. I must say the one on one speaking session with the speaking coach is very informative at helpful.

I guess watching BBC and Australian Network frequently helps especially for the listening part. Be attentive.
Reading world issues that made the headlines last year as well as early this year gives you ideas for writing task 2.
For reading: practice scanning, skimming and widen your vocabulary. Budget your time for the 3 passages. Remember that you only have AN HOUR to answer the questions and finalize it on your answer sheets.
As for speaking, a speaking coach or buddy can be very helpful.

www.ielts-exam.net and www.ielts-blog.com have a lot of practice tests that you can avail for free.
