www.scottsenglish.com
They are based out of Australia and it can be done on-line......and you can select the areas that you need help with. They specialize in the IELTS exam......the only one that I will recommend. It has been quite helpful to members here and they passed using that. And some of them were from countries where no English was spoken.

speakwell has 1 week program for ielts review... the program covers the 4 parts of ielts (listening, reading, writing & speaking). they have very good instructors and efficient staff. at the end of the program you will have a simulated ielts exams and your performance will be evaluated. the best thing about this center is that you can repeat the whole program unlimited. in addition, they will help you file your application for the ielts, free of charge!
