How long...philpost mail...application in Vermont?

Hi to everyone!

I just would like to ask has anyone of you sent their application to Vermont via philpost mail? and how long did you wait before Vermont had your application? I have nothing against our mail system but I've been waiting for 3 weeks now.....

Good Luck and Good day to everyone.

You can actually go to the VT BON website and check your application status.

Question Re: How long...philpost mail...application in Vermont?
Thanks for ur reply.

I did browse the VTBON website but unfortunately my name wasn't posted there yet. Anyway, maybe I'll just wait another week and call the BON personally if things turn out negative.

Thanx again and good day!

what kind of mail did you use? EMS is a lot faster... there is no problem with mails coming oout of the philippines.... mails coming inare usually the problem... especially if you used EMS philippines... it has a tracking number and there is a designated number where you can inquire for data such as, who received your letter, what time and date...

Did you mail you application thru registered mail?...because it will take only 10 to 14 working days...I tried mine thru registered mail when the California BON requested for a new fingerprint card..it took only 7 days to reach California. Maybe you should have tried EMS its only 3-4 days maximum. EMS and registered mail has reference number or tracking number so you will know if it (your mail) encountered a problem, you can inquire from our Philpost

Question Re: How long...philpost mail...application in Vermont?
Thanks!

The VermontBON website has just posted my name yesterday Nov. 1, 2006 but the country of origin is India when I clearly placed in my applicaton Philippines.

Will this affect the length of time waiting for my ATT?

Thanks again!!

Papers are processed in the manner they are received. Maybe you could contact them and let them know of the correction about your country of origin so that there would be no discrepancy on your files later on.

hey!! you can e-mail them anytime, because they're very courteous with answering your inquiries. They usually reply after a day. You can also call them and change your country of origin. I even asked them to send my approval card to another address, and they agreed...

i dunno.. i have to admit, the philpost does have a not-so-honest reputation.. maybe because of the set of mind that anything coming from the US has included dollars in it.. it usually doesnt get to where it's supposed to end up. i once sent my request for transcript to the philippines via regular mail.. and its been 3 months and my family still hasnt received it yet... i had to send another form to them thru fed-ex.. oh well, i guess you just have to check on them thru phone.. though i didnt have that problem cause when i applied for vermont state, i was in the US that time and i got their mail instantly. good luck
