Either go to IDP Australia or British Council and pay register there for your desired date of exam. IDP Australia is in Pioneer Bldg along Paseo de Roxas Avenue in Makati. I dunno where exactly is British Council but it's somewhere in Ortigas along Emerald Avenue. Just google the exact address. The fee is between 8-9 thousand pesos.

Here's a link to the registration procedure in taking the IELTS in IDP Philippines: http://www.philippines.idp.com/ielts...procedure.aspx

The fee is P8,640. Good luck!

Which is better, take the IELTS first before NCLEX, or otherwise? Why? Thank you.

I took the NCLEX first before the IELTS because I wanted to prepare myself for the harder exam.
