done in IVT training..how to include it in my resume?

done in IVT training..how to include it in my resume?

need your help guys...i'm done in my IVT training,completed and submitted it to ANSAP but i dont know how to include it in my resume...but im still waiting for my card but i want to include it in my resume so that when i apply, they will be aware that im done in IVT...what should i type in my resume?is it
IV therapist
or
IVT nurse?
and one thing more,should i include the hospital where i trained or just ANSAP... thanks...... BIG BIG THANKS...little problem but dont know what to do...hehehe.....

you can put it under the trainings or seminars attended. Basic IVT, when and where you had it, your IV therapy license number

I just include it under my licenses/certifications: "Licensed IV Therapist by ANSAP, 2008"
You can also add it under "Trainings"
