Does discrimination in the workplace exist in London nursing homes?


I'm planning to work at a nursing home in London soon..I'm a Filipino nurse...just wanted to know your view on this. thnx!

You are going to be working as an inlicensed care-giver, not as an RN. You may also not use any of the skills that you learned in your four year program for nursing.

You will be working in the role of someone that never had any training, it will be against the law for you to do anything else when you will not have a license there.
