Does anyone know of any specific programs or opportunities for Bilingual nurses?

I was browsing the internet for any source that provides special programs or advancement opportunities to bilingual and/or bicultural nurses, but have not been able to find many. Does anyone know of a specific source where bilingual nurses are being specifically requested for work or where being bilingual or bicultural is desired. Please help?
