Do you need Packet 4 for Medicals?

I'm having my interview in June 7, and was hoping to get my medicals done late next week since it's the only time I have available. By that time, I don't think my packet 4 will arrive from the lawyer yet.

Is it okay to have your medicals done without the appointment letter? A friend told me he had done his by only giving the case #. Any input, please?

do you mean that we can have our medicals even without the appointment letter?
Do we have to inform st. lukes extension clinic beforehand or its okay to go there and just give them our case number. Will they give us a copy of the appointment letter?

Do you already have an interview date assigned? If not, I would suggest that you hold up on the medicals.............

Yes I already have my interview schedule. Its on October 16, 2006. However, i have to go to St. Lukes for the medicals on the last week of September coz my wife (derivative) will most probably have her monthly menstruation on the 1st week of October.

Is it ok to go to medicals without the appointment letter?
