do my fiance need to take the local board in the philippine..nd im a US citizen


hi to all... i need help...maybe u guys can help me out with my question..


im a US citizen. and im petitioning my Fiance to come here in the US and she just graduated BSN.. i just want to know...if she needs to take the local board and NCLEX in the phil to work her in US..or she can just take the board exam here in california with out the 2?
