College Accreditation

Hi i am currently in the US but i am planning on going back to Philippines for college. I am planning to take nursing but i don't know which school will be best for me. I am graduating in high school here in the US but i already took several college classes. I want to know if those college classes that i already took will be accredited in the Philippines? I am considering going to Philippine College of Health and Science. Does anyone know if they will credit the units that i already have here in the US? please advice. Thank You!
