Re: BLS, ACLS, EKG>>> what institution would be the best?
@mae-yah thats the downside of it..the trainings they offer are a bit expensive but i think its reasonable because they will give you the necessary materials also used by AHA during their trainings such as textbooks and CD's which will really help you alot during the course of your training. In my own opinion, i find it very informative and useful because they will really train you base standard AHA and the environment is really conducive for learning and class 3-4 We learn so, then after the training you will have tests..and your only allowed 3-4 mistakes to pass.although this would really help you states but i guess this will also come in handy when you apply to other countries such as UK,australia etc.
Anyway, its one's choice ..if you really want this training or not.some consider it as a waste of time and money i have a different opinion i think having these credentials in my bag will give me an edge very tough competition when you apply to hospitals for experience.Oh well, to each his own eh..hope i was able to help somehow.there's always Redcross ..i just dont know if they offer the ACLS..you could always inquire eh..hehe...All the best mae!
