I will also take NCLEX early next year and I'm going to choose between Kaplan or the one in Phi Heart center NCLEX review center there...

I've heard Kaplan is a good review center for NCLEX though it can be quite expensive .

i will suggest to try URC (Universal Review Center) it is located at Guadalupe Makati (Near Guadalupe MRT Station).
i had my review there a couple of months ago & i passed the NCLEX-RN Exam (take one).

i also recommend universal review center. my friends reviewed there and passed the NCLEX take 1.
