If you are going to spend P22,000 for a review then I'd recommend Allgen or Rachell Allen since the course programs are actually developed in the USA and all the lecturers are NCLEX-Passing USRNs with clinical experience.

Others that I like are Universal Worker, CENE and Evoke Learning, the programs are not USA developed but the lecturers are all NCLEX passers and the programs are very well developed.

You have to realize that there are no policing systems for NCLEX review centers and many of them here in the Philippines are scams devised to just make money. Make sure you are learning from a staff of US RNS with clinical experience. There are many big name review centers that are ally hype. One in particular had lecturers who had not even passed the local board, let alone NCLEX.

i have friends who enrolled in Geo Learning Center and they were disappointed. it wasn't worth their review fee. it's still recommended to enroll in an established review center with experienced reviewers. just an honest opinion.

Geo Learning only boasts of their association with GeoNurse (a US direct employer). The lecturers look young and inexperienced. Aside from that they have this free Saunders book that comes with the review package--the price you can discretely request to deduct from your review fee if you happen to have one already. I wasn't impressed with their orientation..so I don't think I would enroll here.

Geo Learning is rather new. I think they opened in April of this year. However, I do know that the lecturers ARE experienced USRNs and they have more than two native English speakers to work with you in IELTS once they launch that program in.. I think January is what they said in seminar.

I do agree with the approach that Allgen and Rachell Allen have taken in creating the NCLEX Program (which is NOT straight out of the NCLEX for dummies book). Both of them have course programs that have been reviewed and approved by US nursing colleges. All of the lecturers are USRNs with experience.

There are a LOT of NCLEX schools and a LOT of scam artists among them.

Sultan (SRG), Merge, Pentagon and many others boast a lot of advertising and manipulate numbers to make it look like they have a good program but the reality is that their lecturers are more entertainers than nurses and have little real experience.

Furthermore SRG has deceptive practices when talkinga bout the program and awards they have won.

Who cares if they are the "best managed" review center... all that award looks for is who is turning the biggest profit...
Tell me; in this industry is that something you REALLY want to brag about?

Don't add to profits, add to your knowledge as nurses. Choose a review center that has EXPERIENCED nurses as lecturers and has a source program based on/in USA nursing colleges.

Also, some review centers boast that they hire ONLY nurses... I think this is a mistake to hire nurses for administrative positions. This is not proper and can cause a lot of problems. Rather, I prefer those review centers that hire only nurses for the review staff and whatever other positions but leave the administration to business professionals. This way you get the best of both worlds and the review center runs properly and provides good instruction.

Rachell Allen Sucat, for example, is owned by a very saavy businessman whom I respect and his hand-picked staff are all experts in their own fields. The lecturers, of course, come from Rachell Allen directly and have thier own excellent sets of qualifications.

Allgen is also established by a smart husband and wife team who came from the USA to help nurses get a good quality review after they learned of all the scam artists.

Then you have Geo Learning. They are going through growing pains, but I'm impressed with the structure they have set up to provide quality instruction.
Of course they'll want everyone to use Saunders as the base, but they build upon that with the classroom lectures by an experienced USRN. The administrative staff is also very experienced and from the seminar they gave, it seems as though they are setting up an impressive structure networked with other companies to provide 100% of what a nurse will need when planning to work in the USA.

I have no opinion of Geo Nurse itself as I have not communicated with anyone on that side of their company.
