Re: Anybody ever heard of CAREX CONSULTING recruitment agency?
You do the math.
The recruiters are essentially taking $5 from every hour that the nurse works, that comes out to about $9600 per year of the contract. Plus what they get from the faility, or charge the nurse for rent, etc.
If you take into account that the immigration fees and exams come to the total of about $4000 per nurse, and most contracts are about three years now, look at what is being charged to that nurse, for the original $4000 that they did not have.
Government bodies need to put an end to this. Sure, agencies have expenses, but not at the expense of the nurse who does not know any better. They get promised the moon, and do
not do their homework, so they have to deal with it.
