hi....my friend is wondering if there are agencies in manila or cebu...she plans to work in canada..and does she need to have an experience?she just took her board exam this year(2008)..thanks

Please take the time to check out the International forum as there are a few threads there on working in Canada. Some may expect some nursing experience but a lot will depend on province and hospital. No agency is required and many do it on their own
