Any Advice for the Upcoming Board Exam this June?

I am a fresh graduate and really needing some advice for the june board exam. I won't attend any review centers due to financial reasons. I am just attending our in-house review... I know I can make it but I want to have a high rating... you know... just need some advice from the experts... What books to review or some test-taking strategies or any encouragements will do... need it badly... thank you very much.
