AGENCY - need help

guys do you know any agency, to work in the us, that does not require any work experience. i hve already passed my cgfns exam, im just wondering if you happen to know any agency thats not strict when it comes to work experiences, i heard from friends that experience here do not count as much when comes to familiarity with hospitals especially in america since the standards and environment there are totally new and different. hoping to hear from you guys, thanks. sorry my first post, newbee here, hehe. thanks!
