Hello everyone! I am new to this site. I am a second courser. I have been applying to hospitals here but usually they have an age limit. Do you also experience the same when you applied? I am thinking of working abroad but usually they require experience. How did you cope with it? What did you do? ,

same problem with me... they usually prefer 21-30yo tho im not over 30 yet but imma 2nd courser..... most of the time we would go for paid trainings.. volunteer work.. etc..

hello sunmoonlight! thank you for the info. I guess i have no other choice but to go for volunteer work and paid trainings. After that i do not know what i will be doing... we cannot be volunteers forever. I do not want to apply to other jobs because i really want to practice my nursing. I do not want to lose hope.
