after nle: is it wise to be a nursing aide for the meantime?

by kit1017

hmm... being a call center agent is easier said than done. they sort of discriminate nursing graduates (thanks to their fear of the attrition rate)

anyways, i was planning to apply as a nursing aide in one of the famous hospitals, well hoping they'd absorb me when i get my license..dunno if it's a good move. help please...

where do you plan to apply? most applicant had better chances to get a job because of their "backers",.

Hi! I think it's better if you ask the hospital if they could possibly absorb you later on if ever you work as a nursing aide for them. And for your question whether it's wise, well i think it's practical to have a paid job for the meantime while waiting for your applications to nursing jobs. Like my friend who works as a part time call center agent and at the same time volunteers in a hospital. Plus, she's also waiting for her applications in other hospitals. Hope this helped.
