For the 2nd time this week, I dropped by the AFPMC this aftrnoon and I was told that the result will be posted on Monday (July 13).

I asked the lady in the nursing office for their phone number so that I can call first to be sure that the next time I go to AFPMC, the result has already been posted. God bless to us all! Hope we'll make it!ü

I went there last Saturday, June 11 but still, no results yet posted...

The lady in the office told me that the result will be posted today, Monday...

I, too, have gone to check several times. Sighs. I have a feeling that the results will be out this week, though.

Maybe there was a high volume of applicants for this batch, so it's taking them a long time to release the results? Any ideas?

i would just like to ask if anybody here worked at the AFP hospital already? Are there how many staff nurses in a ward? How many trainees/volunteers are deployed in a ward? Is there any affiliating school?

Are there how many staff nurses in a ward?
There are usually 2 staff nurses (1 civilian and 1 military) in the morning and 1 nursing aide

How many trainees/volunteers are deployed in a ward?
2-4 trainees per ward. but it still depends on the area (if toxic or not). But for special areas like NICU, PICU, SICU, PACU and MICU they only get 3.

Is there any affiliating school?
Only in the wards. There are no students in the special areas. Request to be assigned there if possible. I did that during the interview and it was a miracle I was given the chance.

They are already texting nurses who have passed the qualifying exam. Deadline for submission of requirements is on 24 July 2009.
