    I graduated nursing school as an lpn approx a year ago, after being a med cart nurse for 9 months I was promoted to a supervisor. I would love to go back for my rn but my position at work really makes that difficult. Are there any online nursing schools that A. Aren't a waste of money? And b. will still give me the knowledge I need to successfully pass an nclex exam?
