Does anyone know of any LPN to RN or BSN programs in the PA, NJ, DE or MD area?

I am currently thinking about starting an LPN program and I want to start some research on LPN to RN or LPN to BSN programs in my area which is Philadelphia. Also, if anyone can offer any insight on the transition from LPN to RN programs I would be greatly appreciative? Is it easier to transfer from a CNA program to a RN program? Thanks again.
