    Anyone applying to CCP for next fall? Has anyone taken the Allied Health Test who can give some tips? At the info session they said they get 1,000 applications and accept 140. Right now I have 6 points before the AHT. That's a good start, but it will all depend on the test. Any tips on the AHT would be greatly appreciated.

    When you are doing the reading part of the test, DONT read through the readings first and THEN go to the questions. Go straight to the questions and then find the answers in the readings. A really good student who bombed on the AHT gave me this advice. I took her advice and got my 9 pts. (I'm in the class of 2013).

    Thanks so much. I was wondering what is the best approach for the reading comprehension, and they didn't offer much advice at the prep workshop. I have the test on Monday. I guess I'm most worried about the math section. With 6 points already, I'm hopeful about ending up with an 8 or 9. Congrats on getting in. I hope you love it.

    I took your advice and got 8 points...now my issue is that I am on a "warning-failed pace" academic status and am being told that there is a chance that I will not get accepted...this sucks big tme because this information was not stated in any of the admission requirements...I have a 3.7 GPA and made academic honors but since I had issues 3 years ago and had to withdrawal I have a 66% completion rate...it's always some hoop to jump thru and im really nervous about being denied

    Hey i just got my letter in the mail of the date when i go to take my AHT test and I am just so confused because I go one week from today (1-28-13) and I feel like I have no time to try and prepare for this and i'm just getting really worrieddd : / any suggestions?
