    Thanks! I'm not sure what I'm ordering yet. Obviously 1 set & a lab coat, but I might get 2 sets of scrubs. What's the cardigan? Is that something we can wear if its cold?

    Getting my blood drawn (for titers) wasn't bad. They just took 1 tube. The Hep B shot made my arm sore, but it feels a lil better today. The TB test burned when the stuff was injected, maybe the alcohol didn't dry in my skin all the way. I gotta go back Friday to have it read & get the 2nd one. Then I have to go back on 12/13 to get the 2nd Hep B shot. I just decided to get the shot because I don't know if I was ever immunized for it & I can't find my records.

    I would only get one set of scrubs because for the first year you only have one day of clinical per week. Also I did not get a cardigan I just wear a long sleeve t-shirt underneath if I'm cold.

    Thanks! So we are allowed to wear a long sleeve shirt under our scrubs? Any specific kind or color?

    Yes our scrubs are navy blue and we can wear Blue or white

    Do you recommend doing day or night program? i am going to boyce and i am so tied up on what to do!

    Hi all,

    Congratulations to the victims of the 2013 Nursing Program! I have a question I was hoping someone could help with; when you got your drug screen, did the place you got it at keep the drug screen paper? I was told by Concentra that they would be mailing the results to the school and then they kept my form. But, as I re-read the packet it states quite clearly that the Drug Screen form is part of the "battery of tests and checks" that we will need to hand in by January 2nd.


    Can anyone share their experience so that I have something to compare to? Thanks!

    Yeah they kept mine too. They told me I'd get a copy as well as they would send the school a copy. I assume they keep the paper and fill it out & send it to CCAC when the results come in.
