  1. This is a discussion on Unpaid leave in Pennsylvania Nursing, part of United States Nursing ... i was just informed last week that i could not work from my employer..i wasnt told by my pnap case...

    i was just informed last week that i could not work from my employer..i wasnt told by my pnap case manager or by the vrp..i havent recieved anything in writing from either...when i was told my boss thought i already knew but i didnt..when i called my case manager she said she didnt know either..my boss said she was told by the vrp

    my question is..is it normal for this to happen..being told you cant work from you employer but not receiving anything in writing from pnap or the vrp??? u been so confused with this whole program!..just looking for some guidance

  4. Your post seems to indicate that simply have not been scheduled, which would technically be "unpaid leave". If your facility is city, county or state run, I think all staff, not just nurses, are increasingly being forced to take unpaid leave as a cost-saving measure.
